We will provide you with a projected start date within 72 hours after contract signing. This commitment ensures that you have a clear timeline for the commencement of your project, allowing you to prepare and look forward to the transformation of your space. We believe in the importance of timely communication and planning, and our pledge is to keep you informed and ready for the exciting journey ahead.

step 3: color consultation
Four to six weeks prior to the painting commencement, we will schedule a comprehensive color consultation. Following this consultation, we will promptly send color samples directly to you. This well-planned timeframe allows our customers ample opportunity to carefully consider and feel confident in their color choices. It also ensures that the selected paint is ready and available on the project start date, contributing to a smooth and efficient painting process.

One week prior to the painting project, you can expect two types of communication from us. Firstly, our dedicated project manager will reach out with a personal phone call, providing an opportunity for you to ask any questions or address concerns you may have. Secondly, you will receive a detailed email containing important information such as the names of our painters, scheduled arrival times, and any other pertinent details crucial for the smooth initiation of your project. These proactive communication efforts are designed to enhance your experience with Barefoot Painter LLC and ensure that you feel confident and ready as we transform your space.

step 5: Project Commencement
The eagerly anticipated day for your painting project has arrived! When our team arrives, our painters will extend a warm introduction and be ready to receive any specific directions or preferences you may have for the project. Your input is valuable, and we want to ensure that your vision is seamlessly integrated into our work. For projects extending beyond a single day, our lead painter will provide you with a daily update form. This transparent communication tool will highlight the completed tasks for the day and outline the plan for the following day. step 6: project closing
At the culmination of your painting project, our lead painter will conduct a thorough walk-through with you to ensure that every aspect of the job meets or exceeds your expectations. This collaborative final inspection allows us to address any remaining concerns and guarantee your complete satisfaction. Following the walk-through, you will be presented with the final invoice. We believe in the importance of transparency and convenience, so payment can be made directly to the lead painter on site.
